Ragazza Fashions, a Quinceañera design house based in Mexico released the video for their new Natural Collection.
The setting is the beach and it looks like Disney’s princess Ariel has come on shore with some of her girls to hit up Quince.
At the end, you see a girl walking on a pier headed toward the water and then later another girl swimming in the water, out toward sea, gown and all. This only strengthens our theory that these quince girls are really mermaids. Go figure.
Nonetheless, we counted about five unique looks through out the video which Ragazza has dubbed, “Natural – Redefining Beauty”.
First we see a girl in a red ball gown atop a cliff. She is later joined by a girl in the same gown in red. This gown features a paneled bodice and plunging neckline with beaded appliques.
Next up we have a pick gown with a strapless corset bodice with ties in the back and a sweetheart neckline. The bodice and tulle skirt are beaded with skillfully placed appliques.
This beautiful gown features a full train. It’s natural hue almost blending in with the sand. Appliques grace this gown from top to bottom. This sleeveless dress is a stunner with a modest neckline.
This ballgown in pink features a strapless, sweetheart neckline, a printed floral underskirt with a tulle overlay.
This strappy ballgown features a corset bodice with straps up the back and boning in the front. The uniqueness of this dress comes with a subtle glitter effect on the skirt.
Here, we have to very similar gowns. The pink one, is the strapless, sweetheart neckline sister of the coral, off the shoulder one. Both feature stunning beaded bodices that extend through the hip.
This video features two versions of the same gown. A traditional ball gown in a natural, nude hue and a high-low gown. The girl in the high low gown is wearing a prosthetic on one leg and is the same girl who can be seen swimming in the ocean at the end of the full-length video.
Some of the designers have made an effort to feature models with a handicap on the runway, like Talisha White who featured a model with Down’s Syndrome in her NYFW 2018 show and now Ragazza Fashions in their campaign.
If there ever was the perfect quince gown for Disney Princess Ariel, this would be it. It is definitely one that she wants to meet her sailor in. Like all other others in this collection, this gown features a corset bodice but with a 3D petals, glitz and huge bow in the back, this dress is the highlight of the Ragazza collections.
